Tim Holtz Live was my down fall.  Harvey what a great die and its everything British for me after such a year, this simply spoke to me. 

Falling in love with Tim Holtz die called Harvey adding stamps and inks in theses tags.  In this case making Harvey to put into cards for Christmas. I watched various You Tube tutorials and they all did them differently. 

Firstly, I chose several colours of card in shades of three per colour, doing a mass die cut for each colour and constructed 25 Harveys. Putting together the soldier was fiddly but the more I made the more I understood the construction.   Then Harvey was placed onto small  white cards embossed with snow dots.  Next, Snow Grit Paste added by their feet.   Using the Bottle Brush Stamp , I liked the mat in greens and after drying cut them out and added some to Harvey. These now added to tags.  

Folding the cards I thought I needed snow flakes (Tim Holtz) these were stamped in a blues and purples. The final touch before adding them to the cards was a little bit of ribbon. All 25 cards had a different version of Harvey on them.
